50 Days of Prayer

Sign up now to be part of the 50 Day Challenge starting 1/1 and continuing till 2/19

You will follow a simple prayer guide, with a different topic each day. You can spend as little as 15 minutes a day in prayer or as long as you are lead. You can commit to 10 days or up to 50 days of prayer. We will have a sample of the first day for you, and the books with the complete guide and topics will be available shortly. Sign up at the Plugged In table.

What makes this so effective?

1. The work is a rich and effective prayer language.
2. Praying corporately promotes agreement.
3. Praying scripture helps us pray with a kingdom agenda.
4. Having a prayer plan inspires us to be intentional about prayer.
5. As we pray through the book of Acts, we invite the Holy Spirit.

Although every chapter in the book of Acts can be prayed over your church and city, I have selected ten chapters—1,2,3,4,8,9,10,12,16, and 28—that are especially relevant to what God wants to do today. (excerpt taken from Terry Tekyl, Acts 29)

The 50 day prayer challenge (Acts 29) is designed for you to pray through one chapter a day for ten consecutive days and then, you may continue or someone else will take over the next ten days, repeating the process until we have prayed through the guide five times. This will equal fifty days, representing the fifty days between Jesus’ resurrection and Pentecost. We welcome you to join this challenge with expectancy to see God move in our midst and even across our nation.
